Implant in 1 Day

If you have experienced tooth loss for various reasons and this situation has started to make your daily life difficult (chewing, talking, laughing, etc.), we recommend 1 day implant treatment by making a preliminary assessment of our patients who experience these special conditions.

An implant is a titanium artificial tooth root placed in the jawbone. The fact that it maximizes functionality and does not disrupt the tooth structure in the mouth has caused it to be considered as the first option by doctors. People can continue their social life more comfortably by using implants. The appearance of the tooth is no different from other teeth.

Smile Design :Dental Center Turkey

Smile design is the creation of a beautiful aesthetic, which has more than one stage and by considering these stages as a whole. Smile design is planned by considering factors such as lip structure that will adapt to facial aesthetics, arrangement in teeth and gums, and whitening.

In smile design, we enable you to see the process and the result of the procedures before you even start the process. This process is called Mock-up application, and it can be defined as the stage of seeing the result of the procedures to be performed in the mouth of the candidate without touching the teeth, namely the final smile, a preliminary design and a silhouette.

Teeth whitening

Teeth whitening helps to lighten the existing color of the teeth and to remove stains and discoloration. Teeth whitening is among the most popular cosmetic dental procedures. Whitening is not a one-time procedure. It may need to be repeated from time to time to maintain a brighter and white color.

Teeth Whitening in 60 Minutes

First of all, teeth whiteness is perceived by our subconscious as a sign of youth and health.

Zirconium Dental Veneers

A zirconium tooth is more transparent and looks more natural than a ceramic coating made of zirconium metal, a colorless crystal of natural origin.

Zirconia crowns have become popular since the early 2000s.

It is wear-resistant, durable, aesthetic, looks natural and does not cause allergies. Before such a veneer is attached to the tooth, it should be ensured that the root of the tooth is strong. Both live and implant can be mounted on a tooth.

All On Four Implant Technique

All On Four implant technique is a dental treatment technique that allows the fixation of the prosthesis on 4 implants applied to the jawbone by examining the jaw structures of patients who have no teeth in the mouth. While the implant is placed in the back of the jaws at an angle of 30 – 35 degrees, the other 2 implants are placed in the front.

Emax Dental Veneers

Emax Dental Veneer is a durable dental veneer method made of lithium ceramic, which has become known with the preference of artists. You will now be able to have the dental veneers that you have seen in TV series actors or models. Emax Coating is applied to the anterior incisors.

WHAT ARE DENTAL IMPLANTS?

Permanent solution for tooth loss

Dental implants represent a common procedure of permanently replacing missing teeth without affecting neighboring teeth.

bego implant

With the help of dental implants, we can fully remedy toothlessness and thus strongly improve chewing and speaking abilities as well as restore a beautiful smile. Implants can also serve as carriers of a fixed dental bridge or denture.

WHICH IMPLANT IS THE BEST?
All of the implants are made of a material called titanium, which is not compatible with other materials in the human body.

Many countries produce hundreds of different brands of implants, and naturally there may be price differences.
We easily recommend an American brand because we have a special agreement with this company.
We have been working for a long time, because we make bulk purchases, we apply it to campaign prices.
We do not apply any brand that does not have a guarantee and certificate in our clinic.
However, if you want to have implant treatment, the subject you should pay attention to is the experience of the instructors who will apply the implant, the sterile conditions in the clinic, the amount of bone available in you, rather than the implant brand.

TEMPORARY TEETH;
Temporary teeth can be inserted. Depending on the adhesion rate of your jawbone, the remaining teeth in the mouth and the implant to the jawbone, removable or fixed temporary teeth can be made.

Missing a single tooth: If you do not have a single tooth among your neighboring teeth, implant can be applied to this area without abrading the side teeth and veneer can be applied on the implant. In this way, the necessity of making bridges by wearing down your side teeth is eliminated. In order for the implant to be made, there must be sufficient space in the interdental space. The empty section will be able to close a little over time with the movement of your remaining teeth. Therefore, it is necessary to have an implant before this closure occurs.

Regional edentulism: There is no obligation to implant every tooth cavity. The number of implants and their locations are decided according to the condition of your teeth and bone structure. For example, a bridge consisting of 2 implants and 4 teeth may be recommended for an area with 4 tooth cavities. In order to decide how many implants will be made in which area, it is necessary to examine your x-ray and perform your examination.

Complete edentulism: In case of complete edentulism in the upper jaw and/or lower jaw, if your jawbone condition is suitable, 14 toothed bridges consisting of 6 or 8 implants for the upper jaw and 14 toothed bridges consisting of 6 implants for the lower jaw can be recommended. If your bone level and quality is not sufficient and sufficient results cannot be obtained with bone strengthening, “all on four” or bar systems with fewer implants may be an alternative.Best dental clinic in Turkey

Insufficient bone level: Today, with advanced technology and advanced surgical procedures, implants can be made even in patients with advanced bone resorption. With the materials we call grafts and membranes, bone addition and increased durability are provided. Again, as a result of block bone transfer in the jaw, sufficient bone formation can be achieved to be implanted.

Implant immediately after tooth extraction: New methods make it possible to successfully place implants after strengthening works in the relevant area immediately after tooth extraction. However, this procedure should be done immediately after tooth extraction. Otherwise, it may be necessary to wait 3.4 months.

Zygoma Implant Price

Zygoma Implant Price

Zygoma Implant Price :  Zygoma implant treatment, also called cheekbone treatment, is a suitable treatment for patients who do not have an upper jawbone. For patients who do not have an upper jaw bone and therefore cannot be implanted, an implant is applied to the zygoma. People with advanced bone loss have edentulous maxilla and therefore surgical or prosthetic treatments become very difficult. In this sense, if only conventional implants are to be used for patients with melted upper jawbone, it may be necessary to apply bone grafts without implanting the implanted part.

This application is an application that includes the elevation of the sinus floor and the formation of bone grafts. Important considerations for zygoma implant treatment are long treatment time, costs, and potential complications. For these reasons, the patient may avoid zygoma treatment.

How is Zygoma Implant Treated?

For treatment, zygomatic implant surgery is performed under deep sedation or general anesthesia. First, the cut gums are sutured to place the zygoma implants. In the upper prosthesis, the parts where the implants are applied are loosened and tissue pomades are placed inside the prosthesis. Thanks to this application, patients can use their old prostheses during the six-month recovery period. In the second step, the implants are connected to each other with the help of a metal bar and measurements are taken from the soft tissues four to six months after this connection.

The measurements taken are necessary for the construction of the prosthesis. An appropriate recovery period is followed in the prosthesis construction, and the final measurements are taken approximately three to four weeks later. Implants are prepared as in fixed bridge construction, and laboratory procedures begin. After the laboratory procedures, tooth rehearsals are made and the patient approves the prosthesis aesthetically.

Zygoma implant treatment is generally successful between 82% and 100%. Accordingly, it has been proven that zygoma implant treatment can be successfully applied in patients with excessive maxillary bone loss and upper jaw loss as a result of tumor operation.

The most important complication that may occur in the treatment after the treatment is done and the prosthesis is placed is the loss of the implants. Although rare, this situation is observed in some patients. For this, the treatment plan should be made well and then the healing process should be overcome well. In the loss of zygoma implants, there may be serious problems in getting support from the teeth in the posterior region. This may lead to overloading of other implants. As a result, it may be necessary to place a second implant instead of the implants that experience this imbalance. The second implant will correct the resulting imbalance.

zygoma implant

Zygoma Implant

Zygoma Implant : Implant placement in patients with melted upper jaw bone is a very difficult treatment. When used appropriately, zygoma or cheekbone implants are an alternative treatment option for many patients with fused upper jawbone.

Making prosthetic teeth and placing implants in patients with severely fused maxilla presents challenges for both surgeons and prosthodontists. If only conventional implants are to be used in patients with a melted maxilla, bone grafting may often be required before placing the implant in the area to be implanted. This procedure usually involves elevation of the sinus floor and application of bone grafts. In these applications, the troublesome and difficult treatment, long treatment time, costs and potential complications are important considerations. These are important factors that cause patients to stay away from treatment.

LOSSES IN MUSLED UPPER JAW

Bone grafting methods are often avoided with zygoma (cheekbone) implants, and patients can continue to use a temporary prosthesis throughout the treatment. When used appropriately, zygoma implant provide an alternative treatment option for many patients with fused maxillary bones. The success of traditional implants applied to the maxilla can be controversial depending on the amount and quality of bone. In recent years, zygomatic implants have become an alternative to extensive surgical procedures, especially in patients with severe resorption of the maxilla or in patients who have partially or completely removed the maxillary bone due to tumors. The main support of these implants, from 45 mm to 55 mm in length, is provided by the fixation to the cheekbone.

CLINICAL EVALUATION

Today, thanks to the additional implants applied together with the zygomatic implants, the stabilization of the prostheses applied to the upper jaw is ensured. However, in order to perform this application, the amount of bone in the anterior maxilla should allow the placement of two, preferably four, conventional implants. In addition, patients should not have an infection in their sinuses and an acceptable amount of soft tissue should be present in the area where the implants will be placed. Treatment planning of patients should be done before placing the implants. The patient’s medical and physical condition should be able to tolerate the two-hour surgical procedure and general anesthesia or deep sedation. The patient’s mouth opening should allow placement of 30 mm to 52.5 mm long zygomatic implants.

SURGICAL PROTOCOL

Zygoma implant surgery is best performed under deep sedation or general anesthesia. After the zygoma implants are placed, the cut gingiva is sutured. In the upper prosthesis, the areas where the implants are made are loosened and tissue pomades are applied inside the prosthesis. In this way, patients use their old prostheses during the six-month recovery period. In the second step, the implants are connected to each other with a metal bar. Four to six weeks later, after the soft tissues have healed, impressions are taken and the permanent prosthesis is made. The care of patients with zygoma implants is a process that lasts from the completion of the first-stage surgical procedures until there is a full recovery phase. There may be limitations in some important functions, such as changes in the retention of the patients’ prostheses or changes in their chewing ability, but since the patients have prostheses throughout the whole process, this procedure seems more attractive than bone grafting procedures that prevent the use of prostheses.

MAKING THE PROSTHESIS

Final impressions can usually be made three to four weeks after an appropriate healing period. The procedure of this stage also follows the same path as in the construction of fixed bridges in implants. Following the laboratory procedures, threaded rehearsals are performed and the patient is expected to approve aesthetically. According to clinical studies reported by many researchers, it is reported that the success of zygomatic implants varies between 82 percent and 100 percent. In conclusion, in the light of the studies on zygomatic implants, we can say that zygomatic implants can be successfully applied in order to regain function, phonation and aesthetics in patients with severely fused maxillary bone and partial maxillary loss as a result of tumor operation.

What is a Zygomatic Implant

What is a Zygomatic Implant?

What is a Zygomatic Implant? : The zygomatic bone is actually an implant system made into the bone we call the cheekbone. It is an implant method applied to patients who have very advanced bone resorption in the upper jaw, and even a small implant cannot be made. The zygomatic bone can be used for patients who have lost most of the maxillary bone structure. The zygomatic implant is a larger implant than conventional implants. Since there is a long distance in the upper jaw region of the zygomatic bone, 30 mm and 50 mm long zygomatic implants are placed in these areas.

What are the Advantages of Zygoma Implant Application?

Patients whose jawbones are not strong enough and therefore cannot have implants are provided with prosthetic teeth by taking support from their cheekbones.
Patients who have partially or completely lost their jawbone as a result of cancer and tumor can also be applied to the zygoma implant operation.

To Whom Is The Zygomatic Implant Applied?

Generally, it should be put on and taken off for many years, that is, in people who have used total prostheses.
Patients who lost their chin as a result of cancer and tumor.

How Are Zygomatic Implants Procedures Performed?

The patient is evaluated by examination and volumetric dental tomography is taken. The volume and structure of the jawbone are evaluated. The distance of the zygomatic bone to the upper jaw is measured. Accordingly, the appropriate implant is selected. Zygomatic implants are placed in the upper jaw with the operation, which takes about 2 hours under general anesthesia. After placement of the implant screws, a temporary dental prosthesis is attached and the implants are allowed to heal. At the end of about 3 months, permanent dental prostheses are placed on the implants.

Zirconium Brands

Dental treatments using zirconium brands and zirconium material are very diverse. Brands also play an important role now. These products used for zirconium crown are produced in different countries and have different qualities. Their colors and degrees of transparency differ. Therefore, the results obtained after the treatment may vary depending on the brand used.

Zirconium brands are also used in dentistry operations for aesthetic results. While durability is more prominent in some brands, aesthetics may come to the fore in some brands. In big brands that have proven their quality around the world, both an aesthetic appearance and healthy teeth can be obtained at the same time.

What are Zirconium Brands?

It is useful to get detailed information from your dentist about zirconium tooth brands. Because the amount of material or components used in these products manufactured by different manufacturers may differ. These content-related differences can be important enough to determine which brand to use during the zirconium crown process.

Which is the Best Zirconium Brand?

It is not correct to use terms such as “best” or “best quality” for zirconium brands. The classification of zirconiums is made according to the strength. According to this classification, 5 different crown types can be mentioned.Zirkonzahn

Grade glass ceramics: Feldspathic porcelain, low-fused porcelain, onlays and bonded crowns.
Class glass ceramics: Leucite glass ceramics. Vita Mark II (Straumann) is an example. They are usually single-unit.
Class glass ceramics: They are crowns containing lithium distillate. Emax is a good example of these.
Class zirconiums: These are zirconiums containing cubic.
Class zirconia: Also known as quadrangular zirconia. Brands such as BurxZir, Lava Plus are examples of this class.

As you can see, zirconias are categorized according to their strength. Depending on which part of the mouth the patient needs zirconium crown, one of these products is used. If you have been to a doctor working in aesthetic dentistry, specify that you want a quality zirconium coating in order not to share the same fate with many patients who are victimized by having Chinese-made zirconium tooth crown. German made zirconium crowns or known products such as Lava zirconium, Ivoclar zirconium are always more reliable.

What is sedation

What is Sedation?

What is sedation? The simplest answer to your question is; We can say that it is making the patient half asleep during dental treatments applied to people with dental phobia. The sedation procedure is an anesthesia application developed to eliminate the pain, anxiety and fear that the patient may feel during some treatments and procedures.

Sedation has become more common in recent years. Especially small children who need more than one dental treatment are afraid of treatment or make sudden movements, which complicates the treatment. Therefore, the sedation procedure is a procedure that can facilitate the situation for both the patient and the dentist. What is sedation that we are very curious about in this article? Who can be sedated? We answered questions such as:

What is Sedation Anesthesia?

Sedation is a method of sleeping that is applied to prevent the pain and aches that the patient may feel during dental treatments, and to finish multiple treatments in a single session for severe dental phobia. Sedation, which is basically an anesthesia method, helps the patient to complete the treatment process in a more comfortable way. Sedation is applied with local anesthesia and the patient sleeps in a controlled manner and does not feel any pain or sound that may occur during the treatment. The patient, who does not remember the treatment process when he wakes up, thus has a more comfortable treatment process both psychologically and physiologically.

The sedation procedure is performed by the general anesthesiologist and the vital functions of the patient are followed throughout the treatment. When the treatment ends and the patient wakes up, he does not remember the pain and sounds he experienced. Sedation, which is mixed with anesthesia due to its characteristics and method of application, is not the same thing as anesthesia. In general anesthesia, the respiratory intubation system is used for the patient to breathe, while in sedation, the patient breathes himself. The sedation process can be applied in two different ways. These; conscious sedation and unconscious (deep) sedation.

Conscious Sedation

What is conscious sedation, which is a type of sedation method? It is one of the interesting topics. The conscious of the patient who underwent conscious sedation is clear throughout the treatment. He is aware of what is going on around him and can hear and understand what the doctor is saying. The patient who is consciously sedated can communicate with the doctor throughout the treatment. In conscious sedation, lighter drugs are given to the patient compared to deep sedation.

In the conscious sedation procedure, although the patient is conscious, he does not feel any pain or pain. Only enough medicine is given to not feel pain and it is ensured that he is conscious. In this respect, the patient, who has a very comfortable treatment process, can return to his daily life after the treatment, but it is recommended to avoid work that requires attention.

Sedation and General Anesthesia

The sedation method has many advantages over general anesthesia. These;

While the patient is unconscious in the anesthesia method, the patient only goes into a deep sleep in sedation.
It is more difficult for the patient to recover after anesthesia than with the sedation method.
The patient who is put to sleep with the sedation method does not feel any weakness and fatigue when he wakes up.
In the sedation method, the patient feels as if he had a short sleep and woke up.

What is Tooth Design--

What is Tooth Design?

What is Tooth Design? : Dental design encompasses a series of procedures performed to achieve a healthy smile. These procedures are non-aggressive and are aimed at preserving natural teeth. Basic applications such as dental veneers, reshaping and sizing are used.

Tooth design is both a very close look to the natural tooth and a good way to maintain oral and dental health. It is the product of a discipline called aesthetic dentistry or cosmetic dentistry, in which new technologies are applied in dentistry.

How Is Tooth Design Made?

Tooth design is carried out in line with the expectations and needs of the patient. Some of the procedures performed within the scope of tooth design are:

Porcelain laminates
Full ceramic coatings
Bonding
Teeth whitening
Apart from porcelain veneer and bonding processes, applications such as teeth whitening, which focus only on the appearance of the tooth, can also be performed. For this reason, it is more often referred to as smile design. It is aimed to approach the golden ratio, which is ideal in smile design. In this design, along with the teeth, the facial features, skin color, age and expectations of the person are evaluated as a whole.

Leaf Porcelain Laminates
One of the best ways to achieve a beautiful smile is veneers known as laminate veneers, leaf porcelain or porcelain lamina. Desired results can be obtained as the patient’s smile can be shown through 3D technologies and models at the end of the process.

What is Tooth Design?

With leaf porcelains;

Amorphous teeth
Undesirable coloration of teeth
Crooked smiles
Tooth abrasions
Crown size differences
Dental cavities

Many aesthetic problems such as can be solved. The material used in leaf porcelain is “Glass Ceramic”. Light reflection and color effects can be seen very close to the tooth. This is why it is so popular. If necessary, the tooth can be wrapped all around with the same material. Aesthetically, the same result is obtained, but the treatment is called full ceramic coating. Generally, old and disharmonious coatings are now restored with metal-free and aesthetically successful glass ceramics.

This method, which is used for smile design, can be performed with minimal intervention on natural teeth.

Bonding and Smile Design
Bonding is performed by sticking colored composite material to the tooth. It is one of the most commonly preferred procedures among those who have a smile design. The reason for this is that when restoring the tooth, no intervention is made on the natural tooth, only the material is adhered to it. However, the probability of color change is higher than for ceramic laminates.

A more affordable restoration, bonding can be used to solve the following problems:

Irregular spaces between teeth
discoloration of teeth
tooth cracks
Bonding cannot be used for major changes in the shape of the teeth. Although it is a restorative procedure, it is also an aesthetic procedure.

Teeth whitening
Teeth whitening, also known as bleaching, is one of the most preferred techniques of cosmetic dentistry for a healthy smile. It is used to remove discoloration caused by many factors such as aging effects, traces caused by food and drink, smoking and drugs.

Empress

Empress WHAT IS CROWN?
It is a type of veneer used on the front teeth, especially in patients who want the closest aesthetic result to the natural tooth, as a full porcelain tooth crown, which is also called full ceramic, full porcelain, full ceramic. There is no infrastructure material in Empress dental veneers. (For example, zirconium porcelain veneers are porcelain dental veneers with a zirconium infrastructure.) Full porcelain tooth veneers are obtained by strengthening the porcelain material.

They are produced by the technique of stacking glass ceramic on porcelain, which is compressed with high pressure for the strengthening process. Empress dental veneers are preferred, especially if a natural appearance is desired in front tooth veneers. When several teeth in the front teeth need to be covered for various reasons, it is the only type of tooth coating that is most similar to your own teeth and is not understood to be a coating.

In case of missing teeth, they are not preferred as they do not have sufficient resistance as a bridge body. Although it is thought that molars will not show sufficient resistance against chewing forces, today developed empress dental materials can also be applied in the posterior teeth region.

WHO IS EMPRESS DENTAL CROWN SUITABLE FOR?
For patients with a smile design priority request, in order to regulate the harmony of the teeth with each other,
If there is deformity in the teeth, that is, if the teeth are small or large out of the way they should be,
If it is desired to get good results when other methods are not suitable for closing spaced teeth,
When it is desired to obtain a natural tooth image in cases where there is wear on the teeth for various reasons,
If it is necessary to lengthen the teeth,
If it is necessary to change the color of the teeth, especially for cases with tooth discoloration such as excessive fluoride use and antibiotic discoloration, it is necessary to coat the teeth for aesthetic purposes only.
Because they are natural, reinforced full ceramic empress dental veneers can be applied.

FOR WHICH TEETH IS EMPRESS/FULL PORCELAIN SUITABLE?
It is suitable in cases where an aesthetic coating will be applied on a single tooth. They are not preferred as a bridge in the absence of teeth. Empress dental veneers, which started to be used especially for the front 6 teeth, have now been easily used for the front 5 teeth.

FOR WHICH TEETH IS EMPRESS/FULL PORCELAIN CROWN NOT SUITABLE?
It is not preferred to do it on molars. In cases where a suitable tooth shape cannot be given for empress coating on teeth that have been cut before, it will not be suitable as it will cause breakage.
It is not recommended to use empress dental veneers for the purpose of eliminating missing teeth.
It is not recommended to cover canal treated teeth with metal pivots on them with empress veneer.
Empress dental crown is not suitable as a color problem will occur when a metal abutment is used on the implant.
